Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Wardrobe Vision. You are responsible for your device, your Apple ID, and any activity that happens under your account. Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Wardrobe Vision lets you photograph your clothing and build a digital wardrobe. The photos, garment cut-outs, outfits, collections, and notes you create are your content. You keep all rights you already hold in that content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, removing backgrounds, tagging items, syncing between your devices, and showing your closet in space. We do not sell your content or use it to train models that are shared across users.

Wardrobe Vision is free to use for up to 10 items. Wardrobe Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase of $19.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency) that unlocks unlimited items and all premium features for the lifetime of the app on your Apple ID.

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.
• The purchase is completed on iPhone and unlocks automatically on Apple Vision Pro through your Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Sale. Contact Apple Support to request one.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as Wardrobe Vision is offered on the App Store; it is not a guarantee of perpetual availability.

When using Wardrobe Vision, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to extract source code from the apps;
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates any law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service;
• Use the Service to build a competing product or dataset.

The Wardrobe Vision apps, name, logo, design, and all related materials are owned by Wardrobe Vision and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Service normally.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Automatic background removal and tagging are convenience features and may not always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wardrobe Vision will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
